Job Description
Cadence is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join its Worldwide Sales Operations team. The role involves data flow, compilation, analysis, and visualization of Sales and Financial information for use by sales leaders and reps. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in data analytics, data management, and data visualization related to Sales and Operations data.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of work experience related to data analytics, data management, data transformation and data visualization related to Sales and Operations data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business or related field with some experience in computer programming.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server and Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and managing Tableau data sources.
- Experience with Salesforce and Python.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughly analyzing complex problems.
- Strong communication, presentation, and process improvement skills.
- Knowledge of, or experience with IBM Planning Analytics is a plus.
