Requirements
- Bachelors/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- 15+ Years of relevant experience in software development
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and experience deploying them in real-world systems
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems
- Agent architecture experience
- LLM engineering experience
- Retrieval and data systems experience
- Infrastructure and observability experience
- AI-assisted development workflows experience
