Sr Principal Software Engineer

The ML / Software Engineer – ChipStack SuperAgent Team will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating AI agents that enhance productivity across the semiconductor design lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field with 15 Years of relevant experience
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including design, refactoring, debugging, and testing of complex distributed systems
• Understanding of large language models (LLMs) and practical considerations for deploying them in real-world systems
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including benchmarking, regression testing, and failure analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to establish a close working relationship with both customer peers and management
