MEP Superintendent

Join Cadence McShane as an MEP Superintendent responsible for successful field management of the project, including safety, quality, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, documentation, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

• 12+ years' experience in the field on commercial, multi-family, and/or industrial projects
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex construction projects and teams from start to finish supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing effort
• Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID
• Foster strong relationships with local subcontractor market, design team, owner, and internal customers
• OSHA 30
• High integrity, honest
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to solve problems independently, but flexible working in a team setting
• Ability to prioritize work requirements and meet deadlines
• Able to foster internal and external client relationships
