Construction MEP Superintendent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of prefab datacenter construction projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and motivate MEP trade partners and field personnel.
• Organization: Strong ability to plan, sequence, and oversee complex multi-trade installations.
• Extensive experience in commercial MEP construction, system installation, commissioning, and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage both large ground-up projects and interior renovations involving major MEP system upgrades.
• Experience with projects valued $2M+, including equipment replacement, infrastructure upgrades, and high-complexity system installs.
• OSHA-30 Hour Training Required as well as recertification every 5 years per Marand policy
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and proficiency
• Proficient in project reporting software, MS Office, and blueprint reading
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites
