Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of prefab datacenter construction projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Leadership: Proven ability to supervise, coordinate, and motivate MEP trade partners and field personnel.
- Extensive experience in commercial MEP construction, system installation, commissioning, and coordination.
- Proven ability to manage both large ground-up projects and interior renovations involving major MEP system upgrades.
- A valid OSHA 30 card is required at all times while working on Marand projects.
