Lead the learning and development team to build capability, confidence, and performance across the organization. Design, deliver, and evolve leadership and soft skills programs, and lead a team to ensure consistency and quality in all learning interventions.
Requirements
- L&D Expertise: Strong experience designing and delivering leadership and behavioural learning programmes.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
- Facilitation Excellence: Confident delivering training to a wide range of audiences, including senior leaders.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong credibility working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively where needed.
- Digital Capability: Experience using digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams and influencing across organisational boundaries.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for innovation, quality and building a strong learning culture.
- Full UK driving licence
- CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)
