The Academic Success Manager closes the gap between a university's intentions for its students and what those students actually experience. The role involves working with academics to run workshops, consult on assessment redesign, and support teachers through pilot and enterprise rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and running learning experiences for learners
• Deep grounding in pedagogy, especially assessment design
• Experience supporting users through software adoption in a complex organisational environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to move between institutional leaders and frontline academics
• Cares about the craft of teaching and assessment overhaul
