2000 EASy/900EASy Instructor Pilot

Instructor Pilots at CAE develop pilot confidence and skill through high-quality simulator and ground training. They lead training sessions, conduct pre- and post-flight briefings, and serve as subject matter experts across assigned aircraft platforms.

Requirements

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements, CAE curriculum, and customer expectations.
• Conduct professional, comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing training records, maintaining instructional qualifications, and recommending remedial training when needed.
• Provide instruction across one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, certificates, and internal qualifications.
