The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is responsible for conducting all servicing and maintenance tasks, including inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and testing aircraft systems.
Requirements
- Transport Canadaâapproved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma, or equivalent (Canadian Forces AVN Technician)
- Possession of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License M2 (or M1/M2 combined)
- Minimum 4 years of aircraftârelated experience
- Minimum 3 years of 1st and 2nd line maintenance activities
- Proven experience as a team player
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work shifts; some travel required
- Valid driverâs license
- Knowledge of aerospace design and maintenance practices
- Ability to obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada
- Eligibility to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
