Synthetic Flight Instructors

As a Synthetic Flight Instructor, you will work alongside client partners to provide expert instruction on various aircraft platforms, including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation, and Challenger. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate trainee records and working with state-of-the-art synthetic training equipment. This is a full-time role based out of our Burgess Hill Training Centre, with opportunities for professional growth and development within the team.

Requirements

• Held a UK, EASA, or ICAO equivalent licence
• 1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time
• A keen eye for detail in training delivery
• Ability to tailor training sessions to the needs of a diverse customer base
• An interest in mentoring and developing industry colleagues
• Basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
• Must read, speak, and converse in English at a high level
