Job Description
The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing excellent service, and processing cash transactions accurately. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk experience, excellent guest communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality
- Previous computer and front desk experience preferred
- Excellent guest communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
