Requirements

• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist
• Responsible for maintaining security protection on property
• Handles all monetary transactions between gaming operations
• Ready to offer service and has knowledge of daily property information
• Patrols assigned areas while providing guest assistance
• Observes and reports disruptive or intoxicated guests
• Responds to security concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
• Provides medical attention in emergency situations to guests
• Ability to communicate over dispatch radio effectively and professionally
• Maintains an upbeat and positive demeanor in all interactions
• Complies with Louisiana Gaming Commission Regulations and company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company
