Job Description
Table Games Dealer creates an entertainment environment for guests, providing courteous and prompt service in dealing Table Games.
Requirements
- Provide an upbeat personality for all interactions with guests and fellow Team Members.
- Be proactive in anticipating customer needs.
- Familiarize self with all guests to know names and personal facts.
- Knowledge of money handling skills and card games.
- Knowledge of department policies and procedures, including Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines.
- Build and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Exercise discretion in identifying communications of special promotions to customers.
- Coordinate with Casino Operations supervisor and Security to detect and prevent cheating attempts.
- Act as a role model and present oneself as a credit to Caesars.
