CAI Software builds digital work execution platforms and software solutions that help manufacturing businesses operate with greater clarity and control. CAI is looking for a Technical Writer to join their Graphic Communications team to develop and maintain written technical product information.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with a Technical Communications, English, Education, or Training focus preferred
- 5-7 years of technical writing experience for software products
- Experience in the packaging or printing industry is preferred
- Knowledge of CSS and Help Output Configuration is preferred but not required
- Experience adhering to style guides / standards
