Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or economics
• One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience in commercial real estate is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise
• Knowledge of transaction structures
• Mastery of French and English (oral and written)
