Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, economics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong grasp of financial modeling techniques and evaluation.
- Bilingualism to communicate with external suppliers and partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience in ARGUS Enterprise and CoStar software being an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks, establish priorities, be proactive and meet deadlines.
