Cajun Industries is seeking a Document Control Specialist to support quality and project teams with accurate documentation, compliance, and efficient workflow execution.

Requirements

• Organize, maintain, and update project documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Perform data entry, document reviews, editing, and revisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track document status, version control, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams with reporting, documentation requests, and administrative coordination.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information, follow up for corrections, and ensure timely resolution.
• Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance document management efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold quality control standards.
