Lead House Parent - Housing Provided

Lead House Parent is a full-time role at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, a nonprofit child and family service organization providing residential family-style living for boys and girls in need. As a House Parent, you will create a home-like environment, provide direct care services, and support children in daily tasks and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in child care or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license
• 21 years or older
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
