Lead House Parent - Housing Provided

Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a nonprofit child and family service organization seeking House Parents to provide direct care services and create a home-like environment for children in need.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in child care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• 21 or older
• Ability to work independently with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
