Lead House Parent-Relocation Assistance provided

Lead House Parent will provide direct care services and create a home-like environment for children in need. The role involves teaching, leading, and counseling residents, as well as ensuring their physical needs are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in childcare or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• 21 or older
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
