Revenue Cycle Specialist

Cala Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join their growing team. The role involves reviewing documentation for medical necessity, submission of said documentation, and managing shipments. The position is remote and reports to the Director, Revenue Cycle Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance
• 3+ years of DME accounts receivable billing experience
• Brightree and Salesforce Software knowledge
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft and Google products
• Self-starter who takes initiative to overcome challenges and problem solve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
