Revenue Cycle Specialist (Contractor

Cala Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist (Contractor) to join their growing team. This individual will review documentation for medical necessity and submission of said documentation. This is a remote role that will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle Management.

Requirements

• Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Review patient documentation for accuracy and qualification.
• Approve and create sales orders for shipments.
• Manage shipments by sending sales orders to ship when ready for delivery.
• Bill Claims and/or invoices by electronic, paper, or charging credit card.
• Monitor Patient billing module.
• Support new and emerging business models.
• Support company goals, objectives, and policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties, as assigned, when necessary for productivity of the Claims Department.
