Job Description
The HR Specialist supports the effective delivery of human resources processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with Calderys’ values, policies, and global HR standards.
Requirements
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Support performance management, goal-setting, and appraisal processes
- Assist in training and development initiatives and learning programs
- Manage employee relations topics in line with company policies and local labor law
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and HR-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and procedures
- Support employee engagement, internal communication, and HR projects
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related inquiries
