The HR Manager will be responsible for comprehensive HR-side care of production sites in Oberhausen and Marl, acting as a strategic and operational sparring partner for management and executive staff.
Requirements
- Completed university studies with a focus on personnel, business law, organizational psychology or a comparable subject
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Thorough experience in cooperation with works councils and secure knowledge of individual and collective labour law
- Well-developed analytical skills and strategic thinking
- At the same time, high hands-on mentality in operational personnel work
- Communicative strength, assertiveness and advisory competence on an equal footing with management
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- German and English knowledge (negotiation secure)
- Willingness to work 1-2x a week at the other care site
- Driver's license class B
