Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for all basic HR issues in daily business, steering employees along the entire employee lifecycle, and planning and implementing personnel measures. The role requires a completed study in economics, psychology, social sciences or comparable training, with first professional experience in human resources. The HR Manager will also participate in HR projects, support cross-location HR initiatives, and maintain a trusting collaboration with the works council.
