Calendly is seeking an Engineering Manager, Growth and Monetization to lead a team of engineers and drive the development of a best-in-class scheduling experience. The role involves mentoring, coaching, and planning for the future of the team, as well as working closely with the Director of Engineering in the Growth group.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- 10+ years of overall development experience
- Prior experience leading software development teams focused on Product Growth
- Deep proficiency with web application development and SaaS
- Experience planning and leading development efforts on large projects
- Previous experience leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America
