Perform all-purpose duties as a Customer Service Representative, providing extraordinary customer service and coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers. Caliber Collision offers a range of services, including collision repair and full-service auto care, with a focus on restoring the rhythm of customers' lives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
