Employee Relations Specialist I

The Employee Relations Specialist 1 supports the Caliber Teammate Relations Center of Excellence team, assisting in the management and resolution of workplace issues and providing administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Employee Relations (ER) role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
