Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in outbound sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
