Job Description
Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and managing daily site operations for assigned projects in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper use and availability.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Resolve on-site challenges and issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Train and mentor site workers to maintain high performance and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including attendance, work progress, and material usage.
