Licensing Lawyer

Licensing Lawyer responsible for overseeing legal and compliance aspects of licensing, intellectual property, and content distribution for games, apps, and digital products. Must have strong legal expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge of licensing frameworks.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB / LLM) and valid license to practice law (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in licensing, intellectual property, media & entertainment law, or technology/software law
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating complex licensing, distribution, and content-use agreements
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, digital media law, data protection/privacy laws, and international content distribution regulations
