Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin to support the real-estate sales team, handling administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, effective communication, and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in real estate/property development or relevant industry in the UAE/GCC region
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM systems and comfortable with data entry and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
