Job Description
Lead revenue generation by driving new business acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and developing high-impact sales strategies within the outsourcing and BPO sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in sales within the BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or service industry.
- Proven success in closing mid-to-large size deals and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing models including BPO, shared services, contact centers, or RPO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing models and profitability analysis.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
