Site Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction and fit-out activities for retail environments.

Requirements

• Review drawings, specifications and scope of work for each retail fit-out project
• Monitor daily site activities: supervise subcontractors, installation works, progress of tasks vs the programme, report discrepancies and escalate delays
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications, drawings and industry standards
• Manage site safety and housekeeping: ensure that HSE standards are maintained, site is kept clean, safe and organised
• Coordinate site demobilisation and handover: ensure punch-lists are addressed, final inspection is complete, documentation and as-built records are handed over
• Assist with scheduling, resource planning, cost control and forecasting where required; support site manager and project team in achieving budget and schedule targets
• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, drawings revisions, change orders and ensure proper communication of changes to stakeholders
