Requirements
- 3-5 years as a Sales Consultant or in a sales management role
- Industry experience is a plus
- Proven sales coach and mentor
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional customer experience skills
- Experience with design fundamentals preferred
- Experience with CAD is a plus
