Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead the sales department to exceed targets by executing the guest engagement model, providing one on one coaching, and leading the sales floor. They will also develop a culture of passionate and high-performing teams, and drive financial outcomes through standard work execution.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a direct customer interactive environment
• 3 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or a related field
