Job Description
The Junior Business Analyst (BA) will translate complex program policies and business needs into clear software requirements for multiple program teams using Salesforce and related tools.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience with Business Analysis or technical delivery environments
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based workflows
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple conversations into structured artifacts
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, support-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Jira (or similar) and strong documentation practices (Confluence or similar)
