Job Description
Taylor Bank is seeking a full-time Service Specialist to service customers in their Cape Charles, Virginia branch location. The ideal candidate will have great people skills, prior customer service experience, and prior banking experience. They will be responsible for processing customer deposits and withdrawals, account maintenance, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior banking experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
