QC Administrator / Document Controller

CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented QC Administrator / Document Controller to join their team. The role provides critical administrative and document control support to the Quality Control team, managing technical documentation, maintaining quality records, and tracking inspection and testing activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education or certification in office administration, document control, or a related field is considered an asset
• 5–8 years of experience in a similar QC administration or document control role within the oil & gas or industrial sector is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with document control or cloud-based systems
