Document Control Administrator

CEDA is seeking a Document Control Administrator out of our Fort MacKay Industrial Park shop. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between operations and Quality Assurance, performing a full range of contract administration.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of document control processes and lifecycle management.
• Ability to create, review, revise, and archive documents accurately.
• Familiarity with version control and ensuring teams work off the latest documentation.
• Identifying gaps in documentation workflows and recommending enhancements.
• Able to manage multiple document requests, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.
• High level of accuracy in data entry, formatting, and document tracking.
