Job Description
The Document Control Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective and timely operation of data input into the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) and Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) system, using information from other departments to correctly populate ERP.
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year Data Entry/CM Document Management experience in an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, ideally in the defense industry.
- Familiarity in the product and Engineering Change (EC) control processes in fast-paced, high pressure product development and manufacturing environments.
- Strong reading, writing, and editing skills.
- Experience in using Configuration Management programs and processes as they would relate to information needed in ERP and PLM.
- Experience using File Transfer Protocol for controlled exchange of technical documents and configuration data.
- Working knowledge of databases and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple projects.
- Eligible for a Secret-Level Security Clearance.
