Job Description
CAM Industrial Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Safety Manager to support our client site at SABIC in Burkville, Alabama. The role requires a proactive leader who can identify hazards, conduct inspections, drive compliance, and foster a culture of safety across all levels of operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Safety experience within maintenance, industrial, construction, or oil & gas environments
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, EPA regulations, and other applicable U.S. federal and state requirements
- Experience conducting safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with field teams while maintaining compliance standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred; CHST, OHST, or equivalent safety certifications considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or related discipline is an asset
