Job Description
Join The Doe Run Company as a Safety Manager to develop and implement safety programs for the SEMO Mining and Milling Division. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with employees and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in facilitating a safety program
- MSHA certification as an approved training instructor (Blue Card) or qualified to obtain within six months of hiring
- Valid, current driver's license
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Prior Mining Industry experience required
