The Quality Assurance Director will oversee the Quality Assurance Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting high-quality service delivery across CAMBA's supportive housing programs.
Requirements

- Comply with any and all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and monitoring tools
- Conduct and oversee audits of client files
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements
- Monitor program performance and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Develop and oversee corrective action plans for underperforming programs or staff
- Review incident trends and identify high-risk cases or sites requiring intervention
- Communicate with peers in other CAMBA programs on issues related to client progress and best program practices
- Work with direct reporting staff to set staff performance targets
- Develop and document all program activities
- Collaborate with Vice Presidents, Program Directors and Program Managers to strengthen service delivery and documentation practices
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to program leadership regarding compliance and quality improvement
- Develop and support staff training initiatives based on audit findings and identified gaps
- Prepare and present quality assurance reports to executive leadership
- Support programs in preparation for audits, monitoring visits, and funder reviews
- Participate in staff/funder/outside agency meetings as requested
- Immediately report to senior leadership any incidents or findings that may pose risk to the organization
