As a Senior HR Business Partner at Cambia, you will be responsible for leading complex change and partnering with senior leaders to design and evolve organizational structures aligned to strategy, growth priorities, and operating models. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to executives and senior leaders, coaching them to elevate their effectiveness and decision quality during transformation. The role involves shaping leadership capability, succession plans, and talent strategies aligned to future business needs, and ensuring employee experience, engagement, and retention are considered as critical drivers of business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR business partnership.
- Demonstrated experience leading large organizational integrations, transformations, or enterprise change initiatives.
- Strong background in organization design, workforce planning, and leadership consulting.
- Proven ability to operate at the executive level with credibility, influence, and judgment.
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholder environments.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
