Supervisor Membership

As a Supervisor Membership at Cambia, you will oversee staff and workflow to ensure timely and high-quality enrollment and billing processing while maintaining performance standards. You will support members, providers, groups, and internal departments in compliance with State, Federal, and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3 years of accounting related experience
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
• Proven ability to set team priorities and manage scheduling, attendance, facilitation, inventory, and issue resolution
• Experience developing, training, and leading teams across multiple locations or remote settings
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of insurance industry regulations, mandates, and accounts receivable processes
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize assignments across multiple concurrent projects
