Job Description
This role is for a Senior/Lead QA Engineer specializing in Layer 2/Layer 3 switching technologies. The ideal candidate will own the QA strategy, guide a team, and ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise and carrier-grade networking products. This requires deep technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Define QA strategy, scope, and processes.
- Lead a team of QA engineers.
- Validate advanced Layer 2 features.
- Validate advanced Layer 3 features.
- Utilize industry-standard traffic generators and packet analyzers.
- Collaborate with chipset vendors and development teams.
