Maintenance Planning Supervisor

The Maintenance Planning Supervisor leads a team of Maintenance Planners to plan and schedule maintenance, optimize production uptime, and productivity of maintenance teams. The role involves supervising a team, conducting field walk downs, and estimating time duration and labor requirements for jobs. The supervisor must also plan all required material to work orders and verify that there is an adequate amount of scheduled work orders and work orders ready to be scheduled in accordance to the amount of labor available.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
• Ability to become certified in operating a forklift, overhead crane, and respirator.
• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications.
• Ability to supervise employees.
