Welcome Desk Program Counselor

The Welcome Desk Program Counselor (WDPC) is responsible for providing support, direction, and seamless communication to students and parents in the pre-college program. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including greeting students, answering phone and email inquiries, and running missing student reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year work experience
• Previous customer service-related experience
• Previous experience with youth
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms
